Trifolium pratense is often used in traditional medicine to help with a bunch of different issues, like osteoporosis, heart problems, arthritis, skin conditions, cancer, and respiratory issues like asthma and whooping cough. It's also popular for tackling women’s health concerns, including menstrual and menopausal symptoms.

Beyond the good luck charm vibe, red clover really does have some solid benefits. It’s great as a refreshing spring tonic and can do wonders for your skin health!

Instructions to steep

Add 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiled water.

Steep for 15 minutes, strain the tea and enjoy.

You can add to this infusion some lemon juice, stevia powder, or honey if desired.
