Instructions to steep
2 tablespoons per 1 liter of boiling water.
Place the mugwort leaves in the boiling water and let them steep for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 2 to 3 cups a day.
You might want to add lemon juice, honey, or sweetener of choice.
