Inonotus obliquus are packed with antioxidants and might offer a bunch of health perks. They could help lower cholesterol, slow down cancer growth, boost your immune system, and reduce blood pressure. People have traditionally used Chaga for issues like major depression, rheumatoid arthritis, bleeding disorders, heart disease, autoimmune diseases, and even to fight off tumor cells and oxidative stress.
Heads Up
Just a quick warning: Chaga can mess with blood-thinning meds and diabetes medications. It might cause low blood sugar, which isn’t great. It can also interfere with blood clotting, so if you have bleeding disorders, it’s best to steer clear. And if you’re on blood thinners, be careful if you decide to use it.
