In early April 2026, Alex Marcotte (35) was hospitalized with a life-threatening infection (Streptococcal Toxic Shock Syndrome). He has since undergone bilateral amputations, multi-organ support, and prolonged intensive care, and he’s still fighting.

• Rehabilitation & prosthetics
