I have tried both the tea (wonderfully soothing before sleep) as well as the aromatherapy blend as an aid for the flu. The aromatherapy blend is incredibly potent, opens airways and makes the room smell herbally delicious! If you haven't tried either yet, I recommend ordering tea and aromatherapy together as they compliment one another. There will be no regrets. True to its word. Thank you again for making these wonderful products.
Taking it nightly for lung coughing and congestion. Appears to assist in lung health. Pleased with it. A mild green tea type of drink. No milk or sugar.
